All Levels Yoga – class instructor will offer many modifications / options for poses,
making the class accessible to a mixed level group of students. Both newer and more
advanced students will feel challenged and supported throughout class.
Core Yoga - Motivated by upbeat music, your focus will be on strengthening your
abdominal muscles; improving your posture, providing increased support for your low
back and trimming your mid-section.
Gentle Yoga – class designed for those seeking a gentle, restorative class. Class will
move at a slower pace than other classes, also making it suitable for students new to
yoga or those with physical limitations. Class may have a large focus on breathing
techniques, seated poses, and utilize yoga props more extensively than other classes.
Slow Flow Yoga - learn to coordinate your breath with each movement. Slow Flow Yoga
focuses on technique and proper alignment in yoga poses. Great for individuals that
are new to yoga, or looking to improve their practice through detailed instruction and
lots of attention from the teacher. In this class you'll be with like-minded people who
are newer to yoga or who simply enjoy a slower paced class.
Strength in Motion - intermediate level yoga class and an invigorating practice. In this
alignment-based class we will practice (not necessarily do) advanced poses in a safe
and effective way. Arm balances, inversions, backbends and other poses will be
instructed with modification options so that you can take your body, mind and spirit to a
new level appropriate to your present practice. Room is of normal temperature;
however, you will generate your own heat and break a sweat in this class. No
beginners please.
Yoga & Meditation - suitable for any level yoga student. Class includes pranayama
(breath exercise), asana practice to relieve tension and tightness, restorative poses,
and meditation practice.
