






Beginner Yoga (beginner level) – introductory class for those new or newer to yoga, or for
any student seeking a refresher on the basics of yoga.
All Levels Yoga (all levels) – class instructor will offer many modifications / options for
poses, making the class accessible to a mixed level group of students. Both newer and
more advanced students will feel challenged and supported throughout class.
Gentle Yoga (all levels) – class designed for those seeking a gentle, restorative class.
Class will move at a slower pace than other classes, also making it suitable for beginner
students or those with physical limitations. Class may have a large focus on breathing
techniques, seated poses, and utilize yoga props more extensively than other classes.
Follow the Yogi (experience recommended) Practice alongside your instructor, during this
invigorating yoga practice. Class is open to students seeking an energizing & challenging
yoga practice with minimal alignment cues. Best suited for students with 6+ months of
yoga experience, and knowledge of sun salutations and warrior poses
Lunchtime Yoga (all levels) - 45 minute class designed to refresh and re-energize during
the lunch hour.
Tai Chi (all levels) - Tai chi is sometimes described as "meditation in motion" because it
promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind & body. Originally
developed in ancient China for self-defense, tai chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise
that's now used for stress reduction and to help with a variety of other health conditions.
